e simply could not turn this one away. Its not an M3, its not an Alpina but it did take our breath away. The lady that owns the car is a great friend of one of our very oldest customers. He tipped us off about the car and asked if it was of interest.
To be honest, I was not taking the conversation that seriously until my chum explained that his friend had bought the car brand new from BMW Park Lane, so one owner, the car had only covered 32,000 miles, came with a 100% complete BMW main agent service history and with every single document from new. On hearing all that, I did think we should take a look although I remained cynical.

When she arrived in the car, within seconds of the inspection being started, we knew this was a car we had to find the right home for. It was immediately obvious it was a special car. When seeing the underside condition on a ramp, I asked more about the last 18 years of this car’s life. She explained to me that the car had been garaged from new.
This utterly superb and beautifully cared for, 325 Ci needs to find a home with the right type of person. Somebody who will understand just how hard it is to find any E46, even M3s’ with this sort of low mileage and fantastic history. With interest growing in E46 3 series by the day, we know this car will make the most fantastically usable modern classic, offer real style and represent amazing value for money. We thought it might compliment a rather more valuable classic car, giving a less valuable alternative and therefore taking some of the worry away of driving some of these now very valuable classics.

The car is an utter credit to the first owner. The exterior brightwork is still as bright as the day it was new, having suffered little or no UV damage. The paintwork is utterly amazing, with only the tiniest of blemishes, rather more in keeping with a two-year-old car, not an 18-year-old car. The interior is as new with the leather still offering that new car smell. Most importantly, the underside of the car is 100% corrosion free with the structural areas suffering from none of the surface corrosion problems that now afflict nearly all E46 3 series.
The car will be presented to the new owner with all the original keys, radio, manuals, handbooks, original service book and supporting document file.
The workshop will be carrying out an Inspection II service, new brake fluid and coolant, new MOT refurbishing the wheels and fitting four new Continental tyres.
